Kris<\/span>\u00a0Tori<\/strong> naci\u00f3 en Pogradec, Albania y lleg\u00f3 a Chicago cuando ten\u00eda 10 a\u00f1os. Comenz\u00f3 su formaci\u00f3n actoral como parte de Nuestra Cultura Theater Program, dirigido por Aguij\u00f3n Theater en colaboraci\u00f3n con After School Matters. Kris obtuvo su licenciatura en Columbia College Chicago y se gradu\u00f3 de la University of Illinois in Chicago (UIC) con una maestr\u00eda en Estudios Latinos y Latinoamericanos, su tesis, Recreando la comunidad a trav\u00e9s del teatro (Memoria y lugar): \u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa con la memoria cuando un lugar desaparece?, se bas\u00f3 en la obra La Habana Madrid en la cual se desempe\u00f1\u00f3 como asistente de investigaci\u00f3n.
